I spent years training dogs and working in professional tattoo studios. Two worlds that demand absolute focus, clear boundaries, and deep empathy. Today I translate those lessons into art.
Through The Salty Puppy, I create Grounded Art for people with busy, overwhelmed minds. From guided coloring journals designed to support focus and anxiety relief to hand-painted coastal and symbolic artwork. Everything I create is built around one mission: offering a soft reset in the modern world.
My creative process is rooted in the salt air of Cape Cod and the companionship of my dogs Hennah, Miles, and Malu. I don’t just make art to be looked at, I make art to be used as a tool for grounding, boundaries, and intentional living.
